2010 MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION  

Regular Membership in Statewide Towing Association, Inc. is open to all towing companies engaged in the business of the transportation and recovery of motor vehicles within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Regular membership dues are $396.00 per year. Mid-year memberships to June are calculated at the rate of $33.00 per month to the end of the calendar year.  After June dues are $396.00 and will be prorated for the following year.

Associate Membership in the association is open to those who supply goods and/or services to those in the towing business, and to those towing companies not doing business within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Associate membership dues are $360.00 per year. Mid-year memberships to June are calculated at the rate of $30.00 per month to the end of the calendar year. After June dues are $360.00 and will be prorated for the following year.

To become a member, fill out this form and return it to the STA office, or to the member that gave you this form, along with your check for your dues for the calendar year.  Checks may be made payable to Statewide Towing Association.

I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to abide by the constitution and bylaws of Statewide Towing Association, Inc.  All decals and patches bearing the Association logo or insignia and the rights to reproduce the logo are proprietary property of Statewide Towing Association, Inc.  Payment for decals or patches are leased for the term of membership.  Termination of membership terminates the right to possession or use of such insignia in any form.  The Association decal is a Service Mark Logo of Statewide Towing Association, Inc., duly registered with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
